It’s a Legal Institution regulated by the British law, an excellent instrument that allows the perfect property separation, intended as “bidirectional incommunicability” between the separated property and the property of the founder.

A Trust is legal and was made effective after the Apostille Convention became law on 01/07/1985, was approved in Italy in 1989 and became law from 1st January 1992.

 Relevant, after many formal decisions, is the fact that explicitly the Trust doesn’t entail a deceptive encirclement of the law in order to obtain financial benefits.
